Haggis

Haggis from fodors.com

Haggis is an old Scottish standby that always should be include in the unusual European foods. It is made of meaty pudding filled with sheep liver, heart, lungs, and other organs mixed with oats and beef, and then spiced up with cayenne pepper, onions, and salt before being stuffed into a sheep's stomach and boiled. Some people say it doesn't taste good and some people say it taste like spicy oatmeal. For me, I think is more like a crumbly sausage.
